How these suggestions were selected
Each priority maps to a defined area of practice. Unclear causes or uninvestigated concerns lead to discovery first. Process, capacity and role-clarity constraints flag work beyond training. There are no hidden scores, AI-generated diagnoses or claims of proven results. Delivery preferences inform your brief; they do not establish the cause.
The method follows the needs-analysis principles of linking development to performance and considering alternatives to a course. The directions are authored areas of exploration, mapped to relevant Laws in Nerissa Persaud’s manuscript. They are not an established course catalogue or an independently validated assessment. The book’s Transformation Cycle begins with Discover and Understand before Design, Develop, Embed and Evolve.
